 Dr. Tameka Battle is the President and CEO of Excelsior Healthcare Solutions, LLC. With over 20 years of experience as a Healthcare Strategist, Dr. Battle is a highly experienced Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer, in addition to being an educator, researcher, and scholar in the Health Sciences. Dr. Battle has facilitated over 100 presentations and in-service trainings on practices and ethics in healthcare, organizational compliance, dementia care, diversity, and team-building. 

Eric Burkett is the Leadership Development Manager for Excelsior Healthcare Solutions, LLC. With over 25 years in the Environmental Services field, Eric has received several commendations for 98% HCAHPS scores in quality services and was ranked the #1 “Cleanest Hospital on Long Island” by The Joint Commission. Eric has facilitated training and developed curriculum for Excelsior’s pilot certificate program in Environmental Services with the New York State Department of Education. Eric has also been a consultant for numerous healthcare organizations covering topics such as, COVID-19 cleaning practices, sanitizing, capital projects, communication, and team-building.

Jasmine Edwards is a Healthcare Consultant for Excelsior Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Jasmine has over 20 years of experience in the area of therapeutic and rehabilitative services in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Jasmine’s area of expertise is adaptive rehabilitative services, training staff on therapeutic techniques and processes related to the recovery process and quality of life.
